Where we deliver
STEEQUE delivers internationally. Use the country or region selector in the header to see the site in your local currency, and the destinations available to you will be shown when you reach checkout.
If your country or region is not offered at checkout, we are not able to ship there yet. Please let us know — it genuinely helps us decide where to go next.
Delivery options and cost
Delivery is free on every order, to every destination we deliver to. There is nothing to add for shipping.
Estimated delivery timeframes are shown at checkout once you enter your delivery address, before you pay. Delivery time sits on top of the 7–10 days it takes us to make your piece by hand.
Duties and import taxes
Depending on where your order is going, import duties or taxes may be charged by your local authority. Any charges collected at checkout will be shown to you before payment; anything not shown is payable on delivery in line with local rules.
Tracking your order
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking details once it has been dispatched.
